Warranty/Return Policy

Limited Warranty: Perfex Corporation warrants all products to be free from defect in material and workmanship and will remedy any such defect according to the terms of this limited warranty. At our option we will repair, replace, or provide a credit, or refund for any product found to be defective in material and/or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser only. This limited warranty does not extend to consumable items. This limited warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, accident or as a result of service or modification by any other than Perfex Corporation. Perfex shall not be held responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages of any sort occurring due to use of its products alone or as incorporated in another product or products.

Damaged Merchandise: Thoroughly inspect all items before accepting delivery. If shipment damage has occurred, please note the extent of damage on the freight bill and call our Customer Service Department immediately for assistance.

Return Policy: You must write or phone our Customer Service Department for authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be return shipped prepaid, and is subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or a refund. No returns after 30 days, unless in the case of defective material.
